Audio goes on, image does not.

Hi guys

since a few weeks I am having major issues with Premiere Pro.

What happens: I import a video (made with iPhone) -> as soon as I try to assemble/play the video the audio works fine but the image does not. It will go fine for about 10 seconds and then the image will start again at the start. (so it repeats itself) while the audio continues.

I have tried swapping my working laptop for an actual PC (so it can't be performance issues). I have tried reinstalling ofcourse.

I have tried any kind of video. They're all fine when played in VLC.

    Iphone! Guessing this is H.265.

    Best is to convert to an easy editing format or use proxies.

    But to be sure post comp specs, OS, Pr build and

    screenshot clip analyzed in Mediainfo in treeview

    Hi!

    What kind of easy editing format do you mean? And I have no clue what proxies are.

    Computers specs: no clue. It's a PC at work. My co-workers use Adobe premiere pro on it and it runs great.

    It's windows 10.

    I can't open your links (mediainfo?) on my working PC because the pages are blocked as we are not allowed to download anything on these computers.
