Audio Hardware & Device Control Surface with Zoom R16 CC 2018

I just updated to Premiere Pro 2018 and around the same time the latest update to Windows 10. I have been using the Zoom R16 audio mixer as a recorder and control surface but not I can't seem to get it to work as either.

When trying to add the Mackie control to premiere pro in the settings i am unable to add anything after clickign 'Add'

and clicking ok nothing is added

When trying to add it as a audio device under the ASIO driver I get this error;

Please help!
