Audio In & Out Points Gone after Relinking

I'm working on a project and needed to move my source files to a new drive. The source audio is one long, continuous clip. After relinking, every audio clip in & out is set to the beginning of the audio clip. This has ruined my project. 

 

Premiere must have the data saved somewhere, right?

 

This has happened before, and I'm curious about what I'm doing wrong.

Here's a screenshot of what it looks like. The video imported fine, but each audio clip thinks it's the beginning.  At this point, I'd need to restart this whole project in the condition
