Audio in timeline won't play despite working in bins. URGENT HELP

Audio in timeline won't play despite working in bins. Audio appears normal in timeline however when you start the timeline the audio levels don't move. I have tried soloing but that does not work. When I copy the track into a new sequence the audio works however the track is super zoomed. HELP!!!

    What format is the audio on your clips? Mono, Stereo, 5.1?

    Check the Audio Info column in the project panel and check you are cutting it onto the correct type of track in your sequence. If you cut a Stereo clip onto a Standard (stereo) track then you should hear it on your output.

    Cna you post a screengrab of the 'zoom' you mention.
