Audio is Low-Quality and is unlicensed warning

After recently updating to Premere 2021 When exporting I am getting a warning that the Audio is Low-Quality and is unlicensed reguardless of the Stock music selected. I am instructed to license the audio and download a high quality version for public distribution.....But Premere will not let me.

Can anyone help??

I am getting the same eorry even though I used my credits to use the audio
