Audio is missing when importing MP4/MOV files after you import 1 MP4 file

So I import 2 different MP4 files, drag one into the timeline and it works just fine. BUT when I drag another MP4 file in the timeline (the second one in the timeline in the image below) you can see that the audio is gone. I've tried re-naming the files, deleting the cache. And even modifying the audio (stereo, adaptive, 5.1) and still nothing. Please if someone has a fix for this I'd really appreciate it. And yes both files naturally have audio in them I've played them externally so I don't know what the issue is. But again any help will be taken.
