Audio is out of sync with video once on iphone

Question

Was working on a video for instagram

exported

uploaded to google drive

downloaded on iphone

video is a split second behind the sound

When looking from my pc both the file on google drive as well as on my computer are perfectly in sync.

When looking from iphone, both the file on google drive as well as the download are out of sync

Any ideas?

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate before importing into Premiere Pro:
