Audio is put in Stream #0 and Video in Stream #1 when exporting H.264 with MEPG 1, layer II
There seams to be a bug in Premier Pro 2020 (and Media Encoder 2020) when exporting to H.264 with MEPG 1, layer II audio. When inspecting the mp4 video (VLC, tools, media info, Codec) we see that audio is put in Stream #0 and video in stream #1. This makes the video unsuable to ingest in some video ditributuion systems as it is seen as audio only. Is there a fix for this?
All other audio settings (AAC, MEPG1-layer I) produce a correct files with Video in stream #0 and audio in Stream #1
