Audio issue on export

Hello, just been on adobe support for over two hours. Although the first agent after 1,5 hours of support give me some kind of soluton it turned out to be no soluton.
The audio in my time line is perfect, one i export the movie at some point i hear a short audio distubance. I think 5 frames of audio which should not be there.

The gevin solution was to make a new project, new sequense and start from there. Although that seemed to solve the issue in fact it did not not.

I think it is some kind of dynamic link issue. I use after effects replace compositions in the sequese. Track 1 and track 2 are routed to a submix track, on this sybmix track there are some audio effects like dynamics and eq

The edit is not that long, about 2 min. Matterial comes from a Sony fx-3.

Right now i can't deliver my video to my client and i have been in adobe support allready for 3 hours. I hope i will a solution for this issue....

@Ronald Pronk hi,

from the experience of observing people on the site, I can definitely say that amazing things often occur on the timeline from sources obtained from Sony FX3 cameras. As an assumption, Premiere is not adapted for decoding and encoding certain codecs of this camera, which is a very strange circumstance considering the cost of the camera and its segment in the film production market.

yes i guess that also can be the issue. Yes you are absolutely right this is a commen used codec, soo should be good to handle. i used proxies for this edit and that proces went smoothly. Editing with the proxies where no hassle for me. I do read reports FCP handles some codecs better, due to the fact the software makes better use of the video card in Mac Os. But i think adobe should step up the game concerning that.

As for the failure, what irritates me the most is the fact that in 95% of playing and editing in the timeline i don't hear the issue. The fact that now i can't trust an export anymore and always have to check the export, that is to bad. It is ok, just to be safe.

And i am still hopong after a clean OS install and latest software versions this will also solve

Yes, I understand your problem. This issue with Sony FX series cameras has been wandering on the forum for a long time and the developers are not in a hurry to solve this problem. The most important question you have voiced is how other NLEs cope with codecs perfectly. But, not Premiere. Hence further problems: instability, poor performance, read errors. Today, this is the main task in the minds of users, but developers have other plans.

Found a workaround, it is deffenitly a dynamic link issue. A part of a clip is played for like 5 to 7 frames at a particular time. This can happen within premierre pro. I was able to reproduce a way that it will alsways play this part, i had to start from a specefic point of time in the sequense then press play and then the wrong audio part will play. To make things clear this part is not editted in the sequense. On audio export this part will always be in, so every export what ever preset or method is not usable.
I found a workaround, i send all my audio clips to adobe audition (Edit, edit in adobe audition, sequence) then made some edits in adobe audition, send back the clips as a stereo track and issue is gone.

I can export my project now which is good. But this is deffeniatly been a strange one.......

Damn such a struggle for a few frames. Good to hear you were able to find a workaround. Thanks for getting back to us! I'll keep it in mind in case I ever run into it myself.

After this production i will perform a clean install of my system OS and apps. Maybe with the latest version it will also be better.
If so i will also post this

Just a wild guess: did you check if your sequence audio sample rate matches your footage? I've had weird issues caused by mismatches in audio.

Instead of dynamic link, try exporting and import into Premiere Pro.

Hello Bob, i uses EQ and dynamics

think i found a temporalry solution. I think i hear a few frames of the clip which comes after 2 seconds. Tried to re edit the clip, from surce matterial but did not change. Exported the origanal clip but only the portion which i need, then re-imported that clip, edited in the time to replace the orgial clip and issues seems gone. I hope i wont have to do this to often
