Audio issue when exporting as AVI file

Hi there

When exporting as an uncompressed AVI file only the audio remains during playback after download. Have checked all settings and they seem to be correct.

I currently have CC2018 12.1.1 (Build 10). Any ideas?

    Give us detailed information about the components of your computer (CPU, RAM, GPU, HDD or SSD), the video may be too heavy for your system because it is uncompressed.
