Audio Issues

Hi, I do a podcast. I have an hour long audio clip i want to edit. Around the 30 minute mark, the audio starts off back at the beginning of the clip. 30 minutes in, it's replaying the beginning & now my hour long podcast is 2 of the same clip. When I play the audio on media player, the full sound is there. Any idea what the issue is?
