Audio lag in Premiere Pro

Hi, I'm trying to fix an audio issue on my project.

When I expand the audio box in my timeline to see the waveform, and inspect frame by frame, I can detect on which frame a sound begins. However, when I play the video at normal speed and hit the stop button manually, I noticed that these sounds will begin 3 frames before they are supposed to.

Is this normal or what is going on here?
