audio levels post and exported MP4 file

The audio levels in post production editing suite are good. Left, right channels and music, sound effect tracks are good. But when I export MP4 file the music track is low and some of the sound effect tracks are low. Has anyone experienced this before? Besides the obvious, raise the music, effects tracks, is there a sure way for the proper audio levels?
