Audio Makes Squelchy/Squeaky/High Pitch Sound On Sped up Clips

I am making a video with some clips that are sped up and in the preview the audio sounds fine. The audio is high pitched which is fine. But after I render the video those clips that are sped up have this incredibly annoying high pitch squeak at the end of it. It only happens after the video is rendered and it doesn't do it to all the sped up parts just some. Anyone have ideas?
