Audio meters stop working.

Working with Premiere V22.0.0. Mac: Big Sur. Odd issue occurred today. I was color correcting using Lumitri and after about 5 minutes I noticed that the audio meter was no longer registering any sound. Same with the Audio Track Mixer when I switched it on. Sound was still coming out fine though. A restart of the program fixed it - but then it happens again after a few minutes. Very annoying as I was preparing a viewing copy of the film and combining color correction with quick tweaks of audio levels. I mention that I was color correcting when this occurs because it did not happen when I was editing. A bug surely?!
