Thanks for posting the video, javierarmendariz. I think I know what's going on now.
Your video shows that you appear to be using media from a screen capture program. Media from these programs is not reliable in Premiere Pro for various reasons, but mainly because of variable frame rates and muxed audio. In fact, I've found, muxed audio in a clip can defeat automatic source patching and can result in the unexpected results you are experiencing.
You may have better results with this media after transcoding. Unfortunately, Media Encoder does not support this media either, so, a third party application (like Handbrake) can assist with this task. See if you have a better experience after working with media that Premiere Pro fully supports, then report back here with the results.

How do you know that that video was screen captured? I had to download the videos from vimeo from someone's account. If you are referring to the capture software on the video, that was used to make the video.
Anyhow, I did some experiments and it was indeed the files. Other high quality files worked when i dropped the video from the source panel on the same sequence.
This was the first time using files downloaded from vimeo. Live and learn. I believe this has been solved!
