Audio Not Importing to Timeline With Video

When dragging clips into timeline, audio does not drag into the timeline with the video.

When entering the subject line, I see that someone else posted the same problem in November 2016. 

I found the work around (create new sequence from clip) on YouTube from about a year ago.

And yes, I know that the "community" here does not work for Adobe but someone certainly has a connection or contact.  Please let them know that this is totally unacceptable.  I'm really tired of the annoying little bugs in their software that are documented and reported yet ignored by Adobe for years.  It just results a big waste of time.
