Audio not working in sequence

I was making a few small changes to a text graphic when suddenly both audio tracks stopped being audible. I have confirmed the tracks are not muted and my computer audio is working. When I play back in the audio workspace (photo below) it is clear that the audio is there. When I move new audio tracks into the project they also don't have sound. I have opened other projects and the sound in those projects works fine. I've attempted restarting the program and my computer, but still the audio isn't audible in preview or when I export the final project.

    Welcome to the community! From the screenshot you shared, the Mix track at the bottom looks muted. It's set to -∞. Please increase the Track Volume for the Mix track & check if you can hear the audio.
