Audio not working on phone ONLY

Hi! I'm exporting an H.264 file with 3 audio tracks. The first I've muted, the 2nd is a dialogue submix, and the 3rd is my music. When I watch the export on my computer or ipad, it works perfectly. However, when I watch on my phone, the dialogue doesn't work at all. Do you know what could be causing this to not working ONLY on my phone?

I've also tried multiple phones and a .mov and it doesn't work on any.

Please let me know!

Thank you!

I've seen many similar posts and typically the issue is caused by the L and R channels having the phase inverted so that they cancel each other out. Could be the way the mic was wired for the recording.

Try this - in Premiere timeline, apply either Fill Left or Fill Right to the dialog track, then export again

    Thanks

If you have out-of-phase audio, that is clearly not the case.
