I have the problem that when i export an audition audio file (could be wav or mp3) and import it in premiere is at least 3db quiter in premiere than in audition, why is that? They are the same audio.

For ex in audition the peak is at - 8

and in premiere at -11 according to the level meter.

Windows level of both program are =.

the audio file is Mono and Hz is 4800.

Recorded with a XLR Mic in a Steinberg USB MK2 interface

have tried to reinstall the programs, reset preference and still give me problem.

Any solution?

In Audition, go to Edit > Preferences > Multitrack and change the Default Panning Mode to Left/Right Cut (Logarithmic) and re-export the audio.

It´s all due to the pan law. Read more about the pan law here: Pan law - Wikipedia

Thank you, i have already tried that, but the problem remains!

And i'm not in a multitrack session but in a single file!

When you export the file out of Audition, confirm you are exporting a Mono file and not a stereo file. What you report is consistent with a mono file being converted to stereo.
