Audio Out of Sync After Export in Windows Media Player Only

As the title says the audio for a 12 minute video I made is out of sync slightly in Windows Media Player after I export it. Here are a few details:

This is the first time this has happened
I put the exported file back into Adobe and the sync was fine. I exported this file and the problem happened again.
I play the file in Fire Fox and its fine.

I broke the file up into 4 parts and exported them separately. They were all fine when played on Windows Media Player.

I deleted render files, no change.

All my settings are the same for all the other videos I made and they never had any problems.

Windows Media Player and QuickTime are probably the two worst media players out there.  Use one of these instead.
