Audio out of sync for 1 camera of 3 camera multicam edit - SOLVED

I ran into the following situation and through some digging I found the solution.  This may help someone else.

I have been doing  3 camera multicam edits for church for quite a few years now.  I've not had any problems with audio sync issues until recently.  2 of the cameras are Sonys and 1 is a Panasonic.  The Panasonic camera footage, all of a sudden, started having audio sync issues upon import.

Turns out the problem is with the AC-3 audio from the Panasonic.  I used software that I already had to smart render the Panasonic file;  l I changed the audio to pcm.

Problem solved!
