I recorded a video of my desktop on my MacBook Air and when I import it to Premiere Pro CC 2019 the audio is behind the video by about a second. However, when I play the clip in QuickTime Player, the audio and video are synced up properly. What could be causing this?
The latest version of PPro is supposed to work with VFR (variable frame rate) video... but I've read several messages that the new ability doesn't always work well
