Audio playback interruptions

During playback (mostly near cuts), playback of track A1 interrupting, but A2 still continues to play. The bug remains about 5-10 second, after that playing continues. This bug present on my both pcs on last updates.

On A1 enabled Audio track mixer with applied Amplify, Parametric Eq, Dynamics, Parametric Eq

    what are the formats of the audio, in particular codec and sampling rate and does the sampling rate match your sequence settings?  Personally I try and make sure that all my audio is uncompressed and has 48k sampling which is the professional video standard...  And you are applying a lot of audio effects.    Might try "render and replace" to see if that solves the problem.  Generally this a fast process and you can "un-render" if you need to make changes or extend the clip...
