Audio Plugin says filter offline with previous settings?

I had to swap computers from my old Mac to a newer PC (due to a issue in a separate post). The project I'm working on has some audio filters that have been reinstalled and activated onto the new PC. However, everytime I try to open the project with all of my original plugin data, it will say the audio filters are offline. I know that is not true because I can reselect the filters and enter in new data into the plugin. Is there a way to activate the original plugin data? How do I get my previous settings back? I've spent a ton of time on the original project and I don't want to reenter the audio settings.
