A few days ago, I did windows reinstall, so I had to install Pr again, cuz i don't know things about this settings, I left it like it was after installing, screen is here:

Create a new, empty sequence: File > New > Sequence.

Click OK when the New Sequence Preset Panel Opens.

When the new, empty sequence opens on the timeline, drag when of your video clips into it (it would be best if you chose a clip that has the same properties as most of the clips you plan to use).

You will be prompted to match the Sequence to the clip - click on Change Sequence Settings.

Now drag the wav audio file into the sequence.

    Does it work as expected?

    Hi czarbys,

It might be an issue with cache or with frame rate. Please clear the media cache FAQ: How to clean media cache files?  & try to check if the video is in Variable frame rate.

If it is Variable frame rate, transcode the file in https://handbrake.fr/ to Constant frame rate & import into Premiere Pro.

Please let us know the status of the issue.

    Thanks,

    Vidya.

Hello, thanks for ideas, deleting media cache files didn't helped me and I can't encode it in Handbrake, because it's .mp3 file, not video. As you can see at the video, in Windows Media Player it sounds perfectly and when I put just the mp3 file into Pr, it start to sound terrible.
