Audio Slowed Down After Importing to Premiere Pro (solution)

Hi everybody, 

I had a problem with the audio because it suddenly got slowed down by Premiere Pro. This happened after I wanted to use the video from Instagram

solution: If this also happens to you, you need to put the video on your phone and then export it in Rush, capcut, imovie or another app program that you have at your disposal, this way it will work

hopefully this problem can be resolved as soon as possible
