Audio Starts Over and is Desync after opening Project in another Computer.

I finished an edit on my home PC. I transcribed the clips to make captions for social media. Then I copy everything to a External SSD and opened the project on my office PC. Now the audio starts over in every cut I made. It´s desynched. I tried to relink the audio file by making it offline. It didn´t work. I tried resetting the prefs and that didn´t work. The audio is a 20 minute file made in a Zoom Recorder.
