Áudio stereo saindo em mono

Caro amigos, me ajudem por favor!!

Recebi feedbacks recentes de alguns clientes me informando que os vídeos editados foram em mono.

Mesmo eu nunca tendo mexido nessa configurações!

Quebrei a cabeça e consegui resolver de alguns reels que editei apenas adicionando o efeito (preenchimento da esquerda com a direita).

Mas mesmo assim vários outros vídeos eu não consegui resolver.

E detalha que está afendo desde a voz até as trilhas, eu pego o arquivo e stereo, joga na timeline e na hora fica mono.

Alguém pode me salvar?

The issue here is that you edited in a sequence based on one of the 4 mono discrete sequence presets in the Broadcast folder. These are routed so that each audio channel is sent to its own audio channel.

You need to create a new sequence:

In the New Sequence dialog, choose a preset from the HD 1080p folder instead of Broadcast.
In the Settings tab, change the Frame Size and Timebase to match your original sequence.
Copy and paste your clips into this new sequence.

Once you do that, everything should play in both speakers.

Thats the problem right there. For example, if you have a stereo signal and then take everything from the left to fill the right channel with, both channels will playback only the left and not left and right. This is mono eventhough it is exported as two channels.

EDIT:
I see now on your screenshot that you use a 5.1 audio mix. Maybe a you should use a stereo mix. However, fill left to right will still only playback one of the channels.
