Audio tracks not showing

Hello,

 

I'm editing several clips from the same source and for some reason, the audio tracks for some clips don't show up in Premiere. As you can see in the attached screenshot, the settings for both clips are exactly the same, but the 00013.MTS file has only one audio track. Am I doing something wrong?

The most common user error is not source patching the track.
Solved by first opening clip in Source Monitor. Then drag/insert into timeline.

When I open the files in Source Monitor, different tracks are highlighted in the Source patching column, and in the case of the 00013.MTS file, only one audio track shows up as available.

If this is 5.1 and you want all tracks showing you need to set that in your preferences before adding to the timeline

Preferences > Timeline > Default Audio Tracks > 5.1 media
