If you’ve transcribed the original audio in Premiere Pro, you can export the transcript and then re-import it for use with enhanced audio. Here’s how:

  1. Export the Transcript:
    • Open the Text panel.
    • Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the panel.
    • Select Export > Export Transcript.
    • Save the transcript to your desired location.
  2. Import the Transcript with Enhanced Audio:
    • Load your enhanced audio clip into the Source Monitor.
    • Open the Text panel and switch to the Transcript tab.
    • Click the three dots in the upper-right corner.
    • Select Import > Import Static Transcript.
    • Choose the previously exported transcript file.

Seeing an indicator that it's going to take days to transcribe a 22-minute clip is unexpected.  Have you tried restarting and trying again?

As I'm sure you've noticed, within the project file the transcript is attached to the Source Footage.   If the audio clip is enhanced, exported, and imported, then it's new Source Footage without the transcription even though it matches the original.

Unfortunately, there's currently no way to transfer the transcription of the original to the matching duplicate that's been enhanced.

To avoid transcribing the enhanced version of the 22-minuted audio clip, you could use it with the transcribed original in the Timeline (yes, this will take some patience as you're now working with two audio clips that are effectively duplicates of each other).  If you're in an entirely new project, import the enhanced version of the audio clip and also import the project that contains the transcribed original.

I knew this answer ("did you restart... ist the power plugged in, ..latest updates..") would come up.
