Audio transcription shows Spam text

Question

Hey,  the audio file that I want to transcribe shows Spam in the transcription. See image. If I transcribe the same file in another transcription program outside of Premiere it is no problem.

Hey Frank,I'm sorry to hear about this. Please go to Premiere Pro > Settings > Transcription and share a screenshot of that window here. Please also share your current Premiere Pro version and mention the language of the source audio. These details will help us better understand the problem. Thanks,Ishan
