Audio Troubles with my Project - Sound Removal

We're making a movie trailer in my class about a swinging competition and I'm editing. We filmed the B-Roll of the actors swinging out at the Elementary. Unfortunately the specifics of that setting are unable to be recreated, which comes to my main problem; There is a kid crying during one of my clips I can't replace. I need to remove it while keeping the sound of the swings creaking intact and wondered if anyone could quickly help me?

Also please suggest me some Action Movie type music because my teacher doesn't have any.

Mod note: Title changed slightly

Can you substitute stock swing sounds in the B roll audio?

There's an Enhance Speech feature, but if it's B-Roll, I'm guessing you just want to remove the crying sound from the other ambient sounds. In that case, you could select the clip in Premiere, right-click on it, and select Edit Clip In Adobe Audition.

In Audition, turn on the Spectral Frequency display (the next icon to the right of Multitrack at the top or use Shift + D). With the Spectral Frequency display, you should be able to see where the crying sounds are. You can try using the Spot Healing Brush Tool (B is the keyboard shortcut) to try to hide it or use the Paintbrush Selection Tool (P) to select it and decrease the amplitude.
