Audio Units in Seconds?

since update I open my PP and now I can't find where you set audio and video to seconds? I know that may not be the way true 'pros" do it, but as a novice...how do I set units to seconds??

Any insight would be great.

    The sequence menu has this option, the three lines to the right of the sequence name.

    I thought that was it, but everywhere I see the sequence name the menu doesn't offer anything with units. Is there a global setting somewhere? Admittedly, I don't use this often, but last time I did I feel like it was super simple to adjust this. It's crazy cause I know this answer is SO simple lol Thank you for helping

    That is the only location for this setting.  Yours is currently set to display Audio Units, so uncheck the option to go back to Timecode.
