Audio/Video Synchronise button greyed out

Hello, as you can see above, the synchronise button is greyed out for me. I have tried moving every file to its own separate audio and video track, I have toggling track targetting on for every single track, the synchronise button is still greyed out. No tutorial online seems to have the appropriate answer.

Any fix for this?
