Audio within a nest not transcribing

Hi there, I am trying to transcribe a sequence in order to make captions, the new update has changed things so each clip is transcribed individually rather than being able to transcribe from in and out points. 

With this new way of doing things i'm finding that any audio attached to a nest (eg a multicam sequence) isn't creating captions: 

Does anyone know how to get around this ?
