Audio Won't Sync

Hello,

So I was editing a video and then all of a sudden the audio disappears (I'm not sure what I did or pressed) but I didn't realize this until after I finished putting in a title and then played the video to find the audio disappeared. I try pressing control z but nothing so I'm like ok I have to do this again but then now it won't even allow me to synchronize the clip with the audio like the audio option is greyed out.

What do I do?

    Think about this for a moment.  You can't synchronize a video clip with an audio clip using audio.

    You will need to find another solution.
