I am trying to do auto-caption. However, under the format, there is no selection for the default language which is chinese. Instead, the format available are australia OP-47, CEA-608, CEA-708, Subtitle, Teletext etc...I saw on youtube that it should have different langguage as selection. Anyone can help?

Hi! The settings you are referencing are closed caption standards (e.g. CEA-608) vs subtitles. It seems that you do need to follow one of the broadcast closed captions formats you probably want subtitles.

The language comes into play when you are creating automatic transcriptions. For example, when you select a clip in the Project panel and then open the Transcript tab in the Text panel you should see a Transcribe button. Clicking on it opens a dialog with language options.
