Auto-Font Size When Pasting a Text

I created a text box by holding the left mouse button with the Type Tool. However, when I put a big text in it, I have to adjust the font size in order to make the full text visible in the box. Is there some way that when I put in the text, the font size would be adjusted automatically?

Try just clicking once with the Type tool, rather than 'holding the left button' and dragging. That gives slightly different results than clicking and draging. But if you have paragraph text you would do the dragging as you have been. However, the font size, typeface, etc comes out the same as the last font you used, which is good for consistency.

Well, the thing is, I want to write my paragraph text in specific place (bottom left). Thus, I am creating a text box by holding and dragging the type tool. But as you said, when I write different paragraphs in different times in timeline, it wrotes at the same type size as the last one I put in. I want every text to adjust themselves for the box that no letter exceeds it. I want all of the paragraph to be visible in an auto-type sized way. Is there any way to do this?
