Question

Auto-Match Loudness has no adjustability?

Premiere Pro doesn’t allow any adjustability towards the “Loudness Match” feature of the Essential Sounds panel.
A -23.00 LUFS is great for broadcast, but for content creators, social media, or web-use is completely useless.

Why is that not adjustable? YouTube recommends a -12.00 LUFS.

I hate having to “hack” my professional level software that I pay over $500/yr for. Thank you for sharing!

You may want to select the clips in the timeline, right click and look at the options in Audio Gain

I understand those settings, you can also use the “G” key on your keyboard for that. But I am interested in an Auto-Match of Loudness that is adjustable. Adjusting Max or Average Peak levels isn’t the same as a loudness adjustment.

A -13.00 LUFS is not the same as -13.00 Peak.

Yea, this is something that really does need to be changed. I know of several users who need to make different loudness levels of the same content for different national market regulations or different distributor requirements.

So they really need to grab some of the ‘upper’ audio effects or send to Audition or ProTools due to this issue.
