Auto reframe sequence not converting all clips

Hi,

I'm converting a sequence to vertical using the Auto reframe sequence.

There is a number of clips in the sequence. PP is converting all but one clip to vertical.

The one it's not converting also doesn't allow me to do it manually via fx motion settings.

Anyone know why the particular clip is not able to be converted?

Appreciate any info.
