Auto-reframe stuck at 90%

I'm trying to use the Auto-reframe feature on an hour long video. The progress bar on auto-reframe always gets stuck at 90%. I've updated my GPU driver and cleared the cache, made sure there was enough space on the disk. Has anyone else had a similar issue? Thanks in advance for your help.
