Had a few questions about the "Auto Transcribe Sequence" functionality

1. Is this always done on the device? Currently the status says

Initializing local transcription ...

Transcribing on device ( ... minute(s) remaining)

2. Is there an option to do it on the cloud? If so, where do I select the option?

3. Is there an CEP API to do this in a script?
