Auto transcribing is not working properly

I installed Adobe premiere pro recently. I wanted to use the auto-transcribing option but it doesn't work properly. And also it doesn't make captions.

How can I fix this?

What version of PR are you using? Help -> About Premiere Pro.

 

Please post a screenshot of the result of the transcription. Include more of your workspace if you can.
