Auto Transcription Not Hearing Full Audio?

Hello,

I used the auto-transcription feature yesterday with a series of interviews shot in South Africa in English. Today, I tried to do the same for interviews shot in The Philippines, also shot in English. Yesterday's from SA worked perfectly. The Philippines interviews simply would not transcribe completely. It just came out as random phrases here and there. See attached. These are nowhere near the words she is saying and her accent is not very thick. The audio sounds clear to the human ear.

I have a question in to the filmmaker who shot the Philippines interviews to see if he applied some sort of AI to the audio that might make it confusing for... other AI. I'll report back.

Has anyone else suffered this issue?
