Automate to sequence

Hey guys!

I have a problem creating videos with "automate to sequence". 
After inserting the audio track and using the markers, when inserting video excerpts, 
the audio track plus the markers are moved to the right in the timeline, 
as shown in the attached image. 

Could anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
