automated exporting of sequences

I have multiple sequences to export, then upload to the clients cloud account.  Once all sequences are rendered, I can batch upload.  Here is my question...Is there a way to create a short macro program to choose each sequence, one at a time, to export out of Premiere without having to babysit my computer?

You can queue up all the sequences into Adobe Media Encoder (AME) and let it run without supervision.

In the Export Settings dialog, just hit Queue instead of Export.

Replying to my own post...What if I exported each sequence to Media Encoder and rendered each sequence that way?  Would I have to nest each sequence before or just export each sequence?

I may have answered my own question. I would just try it now, but I am in the middle of a long render and I don't want to stop.

You don't export to AME, you export through AME.  Meaning when you hit the Queue button, Premiere Pro creates a copy of that sequence, and AME uses that copy for rendering and transcoding (exporting) to the specified format.

    You do not.
