Automatic Multicam Editing For Podcast with multiple guests

The podcast I edit usually has 4 people in it, all with separate videos with audio. I just want to know if there is an option that will automatically switch to the person who is talking. I am able to see when someone is about to talk by looking at the audio tracks, it's just a bit tedious is all, and I feel that there should be an option somewhere that will do it automatically.
