Automatic Scaling of video

Hey,

I had imported 4k files in premiere attached proxies and start editing, saved it at a moment and start it again after some time and now all the video files seemed to be scaled down in preview. I tried putting new shot on timeline also but it gets scaled down also. The only option I see now is to make another project and do all the work again. Please help if anyone can.

How were your proxies generated? Are they the right resolution?

If you turn off proxies (toggle proxies) is the problem the same?

There are options that will scale the frame size. Are you sure all your footage is 3840x2160, because that is what your sequence settings are.

With all the sequences closed, you can drop one of your files onto an empty timeline panel, and PP will create a sequence with those settings.
