Automatic scene detection in Pr-2023 works worse than in Pr-2022
A problem we came across in Premiere Pro 2023.6 - it fails to detect all the scenes in an imported video via the Automatic scene detection.
Here are two screenshots from Premiere Pro 2023 and 2022 versions.

It is one and the same video file. As you can see the bottom screenshot shows a much more detailed cutting.
In both cases the file was imported into the software and a sequence was created from it. Nothing else.
Since the ASD does not have any detailing options, it is obvious that the 2023 version works worse.
The video was shot with pressing the Pause button during the recording thus making it comprised of a number of clear parts. And one mopre thing. It seems the 2022 Premiere Pro ASD works faster than that in 2023.
